The WT Story
We aren't about size or flash. We're about great outcomes for our clients. Consulting engineering is about people and your ability to rely on them to take care of your projects. Founded in 2019, WT Infrastructure was born out of opportunity and a need to change the approach to consulting engineering. We were a team of engineers and technologists that had been involved in both privately owned and larger publicly owned firms for over 25 years and had grown frustrated by the lack of change in our industry and how it was impacting our clients. We saw an opportunity to change how we did things in terms of client customer service, service delivery innovation and even in how we structured our work space. Our goal is to advance our industry towards improved outcomes for the client and for our team.
Our Mission
Our mission is based on “Practical Innovation” of providing our clients with the right solution for our public and private clients and not the easiest solution for our company. This will be achieved by empowering our team members to meet client needs and achieve the level of quality and service that inspires both our team members and clients.
Our Values
Quality First
Engineering is about quality. We ensure that all documents are checked and rechecked to maximize the quality of documents and deliverables.
Customer Service
We're fully committed to being responsive and proactive in our communication with clients and stakeholders. This will mean typically same day responses and honest communication on schedule and budget.
Honesty
We will not change team members except in extreme situations and never because another project takes priority.
Innovative Solutions
We are committed to a fair and proactive project management approach through the contract. This ensures that claims and extras are kept within acceptable limits and that the contractor is treated fairly.
Equitable Management
We will always look for the best solution for the client to achieve the desired outcome. We recognize that shortcuts taken at the engineering stage could result in higher overall project costs and won't do that.
