Infrastructure funding to spur residential growth in Shedden, Fingal and Aylmer

It has been a great week for funding announcements for our clients. WT Infrastructure Solutions Inc. is the prime consultant for both Township of Southwold and Town of Aylmer wastewater treatment plant projects. The Shedden WWTP is a Membrane Bioreactor Project with an initial phase of approximately 1,000 cubic metres per day and the Aylmer WWTP upgrades includes optimization of their lagoon and tertiary treatment system to remove seasonal flow restrictions and achieve a rated capacity over 6,000 cubic metres per day. These announcements allow us to progress to final approvals and tendering for construction starting in 2025. Great to see water and wastewater funding helping small and medium sized municipalities to create housing that will help them be financially sustainable for the long term.
