Blue Mountain Diversion Drain Drainage Act Support

WT Infrastructure was retained by the Town under a Roster Program to assist in the development of a Municipal Drain via a Petition Process. Our team completed a Peer Review of the Developer's Engineer's design of the channel works. Our lead engineer developed the Engineer's Report, attended the site meeting and presented the report to Council. Additionally, our Engineer attended the Court of Revision and addressed all appeals under the Act.
