Stanley Park Mall Pavement Rehabilitation

The existing asphalt pavements at Stanley Park Mall in Kitchener were found to be generally in poor condition and at the end of their serviceable life.

WT prepared an assessment of the existing site conditions, rehabilitation cost estimates and a proposed five year rehabilitation plan for the owner’s consideration.

For 2022, a heavily distressed and highly utilized portion of the lot was selected for pavement rehabilitation.  WT prepared tender drawings and specifications for the replacement of the asphalt for that area, assisted with the tendering process and provided contract administration and site review for the project.
